Krishnamurthy, the pampered son of a wealthy industrialist, falls in love with Padma. To prove his worth, his father challenges him to live independently without relying on the family fortune. Accepting the challenge, Krishnamurthy heads to Padma’s father, Lakshmipathi, an extreme miser. Disguising himself to match Lakshmipathi’s stingy lifestyle, Krishnamurthy orchestrates a series of hilarious events to win over the miser and marry the woman he loves. It is a timeless comedy of errors and sweet triumphs.
