తయారి విధానం
  1. బియ్యాన్ని శుభ్రంగా కడిగి కొద్దిగా నూనె వేసి అన్నం పొడిపొడిగా ఉండేలా ఉడికించి, వెడల్పాటి పళ్ళెంలో పోసి పూర్తిగా చల్లారబెట్టాలి.
    Wash the rice and cook it with a bit of oil to ensure the grains remain separate, then spread it on a tray to cool completely.
  2. చింతపండును 20 నిమిషాల పాటు వేడి నీటిలో నానబెట్టి, చిక్కటి గుజ్జును తీసి పీచు లేకుండా పక్కన పెట్టుకోవాలి.
    Soak the tamarind in hot water for 20 minutes and extract a thick, smooth pulp while discarding the seeds and fibers.
  3. ఒక బాణలిలో కొంచెం నూనె, చింతపండు గుజ్జు, పసుపు, ఉప్పు వేసి నూనె పైకి తేలే వరకు ఉడికించి చిక్కటి పేస్ట్‌లా చేయాలి.
    Simmer the tamarind pulp in a pan with turmeric, salt, and a little oil until it reaches a thick paste consistency and the oil separates.
  4. మరో బాణలిలో పోపు కోసం నూనె వేడి చేసి ఆవాలు, జీలకర్ర, శనగ పప్పు, మినప పప్పు మరియు వేరుశనగ గుళ్లు వేయాలి.
    Heat the remaining oil in a pan and prepare the tempering by adding mustard seeds, cumin seeds, chana dal, urad dal, and peanuts.

    Pour the prepared tamarind paste and the hot tempering over the cooled rice.

    Mix everything thoroughly with a light hand to avoid breaking the rice grains until the color is uniform.

    Allow the rice to rest for at least 30 to 60 minutes for the tangy flavors to meld together beautifully before serving.
