  • నూనె Oil 3 tbsp
  • ఆవాలు Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  • జీలకర్ర Cumin seeds 1 tsp

  • శనగపప్పు Bengal gram (Chana dal) 1 tsp
  • కరివేపాకు Curry leaves 2 రెమ్మలు
  • పసుపు Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • కారం Red chili powder 2 tsp
  • ఉప్పు Salt (Adjust to taste) 1 tsp
  • వేరుశనగ పప్పుల పొడి Roasted Peanut powder 2 tbsp
  • ధనియాల పొడి Coriander powder 1 tsp
తయారి విధానం
  1. వంకాయలను శుభ్రంగా కడిగి చిన్న ముక్కలుగా కోసి ఉప్పు నీటిలో వేయాలి.

  2. బాణలిలో నూనె వేసి వేడయ్యాక ఆవాలు, జీలకర్ర, మినపప్పు, శనగపప్పు వేసి వేయించాలి.

  3. కరివేపాకు, పసుపు వేసి చిటపటలాడనివ్వాలి.
