    Place the tray in direct sunlight for a full day. You may cover it with a thin muslin cloth to protect it from dust.

    Continue adding layers daily until the desired thickness of the jelly is achieved.

    Once the final layer is completely dried and non-sticky, gently peel the jelly from the tray and cut it into squares or diamond shapes.
